YourFinalMatrix Marketing Plan 2011

Our Team Build for YourFinalMatrix was launched 3 weeks ago. We now have 111 members and are growing steadily. THANKS to all who have helped promote. This is a team effort, and it cannot succeed without EVERYONE’s help!

To continue to fill the matrices at an increasing rate we are kicking off a Marketing Plan in which we ask EVERYONE to participate. A simple system with pre-written scripts. Scripts may be modified to fit your personality, but the important thing is to do the activity. This should be EFFORTLESS and FUN!

PLAN: EVERYONE markets and shares the team link 3 times a week to prescribed sites/markets. This will require no more than 30 to 60 minutes three times a week (1 ½ to 3 hours total).

ACTIVITIES (For each activity there will be written scripts):

1. Mondays-Tuesdays: Personal email, Traffic Exchanges and Safelists. Market here on Monday-Tuesday. Everyone has personal email contacts. If interested in traffic exchanges and safelists, team members in the room can help. Goal: 10 personal email contacts and/or 3 traffic exchanges/safelists. 30 – 60 minutes

2. Wednesday –Thursdays: Contact people marketing The Final Matrix individually and others in related programs. Invite them to join our Team. Found in your social/business networks and by doing a search in your email bar. Goal: 5 contacts. 30-60 minutes

3. Friday – Saturday: Social /Business Networks : Contact people through personal messaging and posting the team link on social /business networks. Goal: 5 networks . 30-60 minutes

SPECIFICS:

1. On Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, the marketing effort for the day and
the scripts will be posted in 3 places: the Members rooms, in the blog , and sent out through the back office emails of your up-lines.

2. After completing the day’s activity, please report progress and results in the team room to help and motivate each other.

3. Repeat weekly.

That’s it…We developed this structured plan to make it EASY and FUN for everyone to market and share the YourFinalMatrix opportunity.

Admin is here to manage and monitor, but everyone’s participation on the Team is needed to achieve the goal of filling each and every person’s matrix for $2225 monthly! Let no-one be left behind!

Teambuild Update And Future Strategy

Hello Final Matrix Team Builders!!!

We wanted to let you know a little bit better now that we have settled into our roles who we are and what our plans are for the Teambuild.

ADMIN:

Bonnie is our Spreadsheet Specialist, main welcome room coverage and point person with the owner of Final Matrix
Gail is our Database Specialist
Bennie and Kenneth are our Advertising Specialists
Maree and Torab are our Late Nite Welcome Room Specialists

OUR PLANS &HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Kenneth & Bennie are setting up several rotators and advertising that will be using all of our PERSONAL links.  These people that join through the rotator system will not be in the team build but just filling random spots.  This is only an enhancement to our current team build,  If you have safelists that we can send these advertisements out to please contact Kenneth & Bennie as soon as possible.

OPEN SATURDAYS:

We have also implemented a new thing called "OPEN SATURDAYS"  this is where you can PERSONALLY (not through advertising but by personally inviting someone to join under your own link)  all mass advertising must still be the team build link (http://www.yourfinalmatrix.com)  only Saturdays are open to put anyone you wish under your own link.   These personals going under your link however CAN be in the team build and it is your responsibility to PM Bonnie with that person's username and the name of the person they joined under or they wont be added.  Once they have joined and you've PM'd Bonnie with that information please add them to the members only room.  It is not mandatory that you participate in bringing anyone in personally under your own link but helps the team out greatly.

GET YOUR RE-BUY IN SOON AS YOU CAN:

Teambuilds don't always work fast but if you have got your three people it is free now so in a couple of weeks you'll be up to $100 that means it is $100 every month and then $300 that means $300 every month then $1k and 2K and so on every month!!!  So why in the world would someone leave a teambuild?  It may take 5 months to make your full allotment per month with one income center but what happens when everyone who has three put in under them and now that first position is free and they do a 2nd spot ????  They are going to double their monthly income, move the line, cause spillover it is a ripple affect that is so strong and a very nice strategy so i really need you guys to follow the strategy for the team, get your second spot as soon as you can, we build that too!!!!

MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME:

The Key to making it is not only in making an ongoing pay check online to support yourself and/or your family but to have multiple streams of income that require the same or less amount of effort and the same or less amount of money to accomplish.

While we continue to support and work hard towards the team goals, we also have a PowerTeam going in another program that all of you should take a very serious look at called QSave.

New Capture Page For The Final Matrix Teambuild

Thanks to Dirk Vanderdonckt from the Teambuild at The Final Matrix for another Capture Page to promote the fastest build on the Internet. This page is suitable for use on Traffic Exchanges, e-mail Ads Classified Ad Sites and blog posting.  I hope all your efforts are finding the mark with members coming aboard on a daily basis.

Advertising/Marketing - Member Tips.

The process of generating business begins with some form of marketing or advertising activity,  this can be "word of mouth",  e-mail, voip (chat or call), social network sites plus the traffic exchanges that abound online as well as safelists.  The means to communicate are many but the final result most are aiming at is the "referral" or sign-up to their business.  What most expect is for this activity to get them sign ups,  however this is an unlikely outcome and learning to accept this may take time to digest.  The process is for the raising of awareness and any sign up you achieve is a bonus.

Your sign ups are going to primarily come from your contact with someone in direct contact via Skype or another chat channel such as Yahoo Messenger, MSN or one of the many options available.

The issue of SPAM and the more deviant forms of blasting out mail to millions in the belief that this will catapult you to immeasurable wealth are a long and sad catalogue of marketing disasters,  which this is hopefully going to save you the pain of discovering with the help offered here.

There are a selection of text based Ads you can choose from and these are suitable for posting on Safelists - these are e.g Herculist,  List Joe and ListDotCom that allow you to post to a random selection of the members every so often. This can be every 24 hours or longer.  Each list has it's own terms of use and so when you register with each you can plan to send to the list accordingly.  As a Team it would therefor be useful to work together so that we are not targetting one list and appear to be putting all our "eggs" in one basket.


Traffic Exchanges come to us as either Manual or Auto,  you will find the Manual are the most useful for getting hits and building credits,  while Auto is purely for getting credits in return for site views.  Teamwork in this activity is also one that will produce better results and make your raising of site awareness a more positive exercise.  Again it's a case of bringing the site to a wider audience and aiming to put it in front of as many viewers as possible.  Connect with members and work together to maximize your efforts and ensure you are getting massive hits to your site (Team Splash Page).

YouTube is a place to bring your video collection to the viral arena,  by creating an account it affords you the means to broaden your exposure through facebook, myspace, twitter and google with single clicks.  Social networking is a must,  not just a skill you have yet to try out or learn to use with the business you want to promote.  Connecting with people is the primary means to adding people to your social circle,  once they know you and what YOU are about then you can sow seeds that in time will become a new shoot in your business "garden".

This post is simply a pointer to making your advertising work to go into more detail will be best delivered in small training groups that we can arrange at the request of members who are looking to boost the Teambuild to another phase of superior growth.

New Capture Page Option For The Final Matrix Teambuild

Two of the Final Matrix Teambuild members,  Sylvain Houde & Mikael Martinsen,  have produced a new Capture Page that will work in situations permitting e-mail capture as opposed to the transportation to the Skype Welcome Room that we have in place now.  It is intended for use with Traffic Exchanges so that its use will not disturb the surfer during their visit to the exchange.
